Welcome to Chestnut Shop! By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Orders must be paid for in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Proof of payment must be provided where applicable.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been verified.
  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
  • Our fragrances are luxury-inspired fragrances and are not represented as original branded designer perfumes.
  • Product descriptions, bottle sizes and prices will be communicated clearly.
  • Fragrance preferences and scent experiences may differ from person to person.
  • Customers are encouraged to enquire about fragrances before purchasing.
  1. PRICING
  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price, subject to applicable law.
  • Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and availability.
  1. DELIVERY & COLLECTION
  • Delivery fees and estimated delivery times will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • Delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control will be communicated where possible.
  • Collection arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.
  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
  • All returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other applicable legislation.
  • Change-of-mind requests are subject to applicable statutory rights.
  • Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the law.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your legal consumer rights.
  1. PRODUCT CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
  • Customers should follow the recommended storage and usage instructions.
  • Keep fragrances away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and open flames.
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  • Chestnut Shop cannot guarantee that every fragrance will suit every individual's skin or personal preference.
  1. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
  • All enquiries, complaints and order-related matters can be directed to us through WhatsApp.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly if they experience an issue with an order.

  • Customer information is used for order processing, communication and delivery purposes.
  • We respect customer privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including POPIA.
